At Teinatelie, every artwork is carefully prepared and securely packaged before it leaves our studio. We take great care in every step of the process to ensure that your artwork is well protected throughout its journey.

Every artwork is prepared individually and packaged with care using protective materials selected according to its size, format and shipping requirements.
Our Packaging Process
For original paintings, the packaging typically includes:
Surface protection – the painted surface is carefully covered with protective paper.
Shock protection – the artwork is wrapped in protective bubble wrap to help absorb impact during transport.
Corner protection – all corners are secured with protective corner guards.
Strong outer packaging – the painting is placed in sturdy cardboard packaging to provide stability and protection.
Additional protection – the package is wrapped with stretch film to help protect it from moisture and handling during transit.
Prints are packaged according to their size and format, using appropriate protective materials to help prevent bending, moisture and damage during transportation.
Our packaging process may vary depending on the artwork, dimensions and shipping method.

Australia – Prints: €40 | Paintings: €80

Worldwide shipping is also available upon request.
Shipping costs depend on the size, dimensions and requirements of the artwork. Smaller prints can usually be shipped at lower rates, while larger original paintings may require additional packaging and specialised handling.

Production & Dispatch
Original paintings that are marked as available are normally ready for dispatch.
Art prints are produced to order and are normally dispatched within approximately two weeks from the date of purchase, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
Commissioned artworks are created individually according to the agreed specifications. Production time depends on the scope and complexity of the artwork and will be discussed and agreed with the customer before production begins.
International Shipping
For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
